Every olive we harvest from our groves is meticulously selected and processed within the same day using the cold-press technique, reaching your tables with its unique aroma. With an average acidity rate of 0.15-0.30, a polyphenol count of 250-400, and a perfect aroma (fresh grass, tomato, etc.), it is a source of health. Pressing, storage and preservation rules are strictly followed.
